Pop-Up Puppet 2-day class with Marilynn Huston

Class maximum - 12 students
Learn to make a cutes little fantasy elf, witch, or Santa out of polymer clay that pops up out of an elaborately decorated cone. You will actually be learning how to sculpt a head while paying attention to the anatomy. Follow along in a step- by- step workbook that gives great visual examples of each step.
A sculpting tool kit and clay shaper are required for class. These items may be purchased in class for $15.00 and $5.00 respectively.
Kit Fee: $25.00 payable in class.
The kit includes - Clay,Glass eyes, Cone, Fabric to cover cone, Assorted fabric for garment and hat, Ribbon for ruffle, Wooden dowel stick with ball on bottom for mounting puppet, Spray adhesive, Tinfoil pre-made head forms, Quilting thread, and a workbook. I will also have some trims available to decorate your cones but you might have a special one from your stash that you want to use. Look at the picture of the puppet to get some ideas.
